Homelead and Pixxi CRM both target UAE brokerages, but Homelead goes further for the way Indian and UAE teams actually sell: calls made from an agent's own phone are recorded and summarised by AI, every Meta, website, WhatsApp and portal enquiry lands in one inbox with a first-response SLA, where duplicates are flagged and linked to the original, a WhatsApp AI bot answers from your own brochures, and developers get live tower and plot inventory with payment plans and collections. Pricing is published per user, with AI billed pay-as-you-go.
Key takeaways
- Homelead logs and records calls made from the team's own SIM and writes a transcript, summary, disposition and next step on the lead. No IVR to buy.
- One inbox for Meta Lead Ads, website, microsite, WhatsApp and webhook leads, with duplicates flagged and linked, five auto-assign strategies and an enforced first-response SLA.
- The WhatsApp AI bot replies around the clock from your Knowledge Center, in the buyer's language, and updates the CRM itself.
- Developers get towers, floors, units and plots with live status, CLP payment plans, demand letters, collections, loans, cancellations and refunds.
- India and the UAE run in one system, with a UAE deal file (AML/KYC, RERA forms, Ejari, Oqood/DLD/Title Deed stages) and invoicing in AED.
- Homelead publishes pricing from $24.99 per user per month; Pixxi's site asks you to talk to sales.
What is Pixxi CRM, and how is this comparison built?
Pixxi CRM describes itself as a real estate CRM built for UAE brokerages, covering leads, listings, transactions and team workflows, run by a Dubai-based company (pixxicrm.com, about page). This article is about where Homelead is stronger for builders and brokers in the UAE and India. Every statement about Pixxi links to its source; where we could not find a public answer, we tell you what to ask Pixxi on a demo.

How does Homelead capture every call without an IVR?
In most UAE and Indian brokerages the real sales record lives in agents' phones, not the CRM. Homelead fixes this at the handset. Agents keep calling from their own number with the normal dialler. The Homelead app syncs call logs every 15 minutes and whenever it opens, even in the background on a locked phone, uploads the recording, and AI then writes a speaker-wise transcript, a summary, a disposition and the next step straight onto the lead. Incoming and outgoing calls are both logged; an incoming call shows a caller-ID popup with the lead's name and owner before the agent picks up. Dual-SIM phones can track just the work SIM, and an "exclude personal contacts" option keeps family calls out of the CRM.
The auto-update has guardrails so it never damages data: the call must be answered, run at least ten seconds, produce more than fifteen words, and show interest or a callback request. Stages only move forward, never out of won or lost, and never over a change a human made after the call began. Managers listen to recordings and read transcripts within their role scope, the Call Logs per-user report is downloadable, and Calling Mode keeps daily dialled, connected and talk-time counts.
For outbound volume, Calling Mode queues fresh leads, due follow-ups, not-connected numbers and visits to confirm, with optional auto-dial. Beyond that, the AI voice agent places qualifying calls from a business number bought inside the panel, asks about budget, location, property type, timeline and site-visit willingness, answers from the Knowledge Center and warm-transfers a hot buyer to a colleague mid-call. There is more on running it well in our guide to the AI voice agent for real estate.
We could not find any public description of call recording or AI call summaries on Pixxi's pages. Ask Pixxi: how does a manager hear what an agent said to a buyer yesterday, and what does that require them to buy?
Where do Meta, portal and WhatsApp leads land, and who calls first?
Homelead puts every source into one Manage Leads list with source and sub-source on each record. Meta Lead Ads connect through a Meta-signed webhook with the form name saved as sub-source, and click-to-WhatsApp ads are tagged with the ad id. Website forms, project microsites, the Homelead Chat widget and inbound WhatsApp messages create leads. A generic webhook with field mapping accepts landing pages, Google Ads lead forms or Zapier, and a partner API key lets an outsourced call centre post leads. Indian portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, PropTiger, Square Yards, OLX) push leads in real time once the one-time webhook is enabled. UAE teams can follow our playbook to capture every Bayut, Property Finder and dubizzle enquiry fast.
Duplicates are never silently dropped: a second enquiry from the same number is created, flagged "duplicate" and linked to the original, so you can see that a buyer came from Meta first and a portal second. Assignment runs on five strategies per source (round robin, percentage split, capacity balance, fixed daily cap, parameter-based by city, budget or custom field), with rotation teams, shift windows and a Rotation Log that records why each pick fired.

Then the SLA. In Settings → Configuration → Leads you set a first-response window in minutes (default 60, anywhere from 1 to 1440). The owner gets a warning before the deadline; on breach Homelead can notify the assignee, escalate to the reporting manager, flag the lead red or auto-reassign it, with alerts in-app, by push and on Telegram.
Illustrative example: a Business Bay brokerage with twelve agents runs click-to-WhatsApp ads for a Dubai South launch. It sets a 30-minute SLA, round-robin by shift, breach → escalate to the team lead and auto-reassign. A lead that arrives at 11:40 pm is answered by the WhatsApp bot immediately and sits at the top of the morning shift's Needs Attention list with a Next Best Action and the reason for it. Nobody has to remember anything.
Can the CRM answer buyers on WhatsApp at midnight?
Homelead connects your own number to the official WhatsApp Business API through Meta Embedded Signup inside the panel, supports multiple numbers per account with an owner for each, and gives the whole team a shared inbox. Free-form replies work inside Meta's 24-hour window; approved templates (created in the panel, drafted with AI if you like, Meta approval status synced automatically) go outside it.
The AI bot does the heavy lifting during a launch. It answers from the company's own Knowledge Center: brochures, price sheets, Word and Excel files, web links, and property, land and inventory records that sync automatically when they change. It handles project details, price, location, amenities, availability, documents and site-visit booking, classifies intent and temperature, and updates the CRM itself: disposition, status, follow-up, pipeline stage, site visit, document share. Risky moves become proposals a human approves. When a buyer is hot or asks for a person, the bot assigns a live agent and pauses; any agent can click Takeover. It is off by default per number and has a dry-run tester, so you can rehearse before go-live. The bot replies in the buyer's language, which matters when the same number receives Hindi, English and Arabic messages in one evening. Our WhatsApp CRM for real estate guide covers templates, the 24-hour window and bot design in depth.
Pixxi's own ManyChat page describes recording WhatsApp and Messenger chatbot conversations as leads through a Pixxi API Forms webhook URL or Zapier, mapping name, phone and message (source). Ask Pixxi: does the bot read your inventory and update the lead, or does it only hand a name and number across?
What does a developer get beyond lead management?
Most broker CRMs stop at the booking. Homelead's Builder panel runs the project. Inventory is modelled as towers → floors → units and as plots, each with a live status (Available, Hold, Temporary Booked, Booked, Allotted, Sold, On Rent). Booking a Sold or Allotted unit is refused, so double booking cannot happen. Holds have release history. A plotted township can upload its AutoCAD DXF or DWG and get a clickable live-status plot map; towers get floor maps. Brokers can request access to a developer's stock and see live status in a Shared Inventory grid, and their booking requests convert to sales that appear on both sides.

Money is handled end to end. Payment plans can be construction-linked, time-linked or hybrid, built from templates (for example a 20:80 split by customer category) or custom per booking. With CLP auto mode, marking a construction phase complete raises the due lines with a due date 15 days out, and demand letters go per line or in bulk from "Recommended demands" by email, WhatsApp and a no-login link that shows the instalment with a PDF and a Pay Now button when your payment gateway is connected. Overdue instalments get automatic reminders every N days (default 7). Collections show total, pending, received and refunded by project and date, every buyer gets a statement PDF, and late-payment interest, cheque bounce charges, loan tracking per booking, cancellation charges and refund records are all built in. Our post-sales automation article walks through the full flow.
Every booking also gets a deal file: a stage tracker with a compliance checklist and fee breakdown. For the UAE that means AML/KYC, RERA forms, Ejari and the Oqood/DLD/Title Deed stages, each time-stamped with the user who ticked it, plus a fee breakdown drafted from the booking amount using standard defaults (DLD 4% plus fees) that you check against the current schedule on the Dubai Land Department site. A UAE bilingual FTA tax invoice view and fields for an agent's RERA number and card expiry are there too.
Pixxi's features page lists Off Plan Projects as "Track upcoming developments and sales" (source). Ask Pixxi whether that reaches unit status, payment schedules and collections, or whether those still live in Excel.
How are commissions and channel partners paid?
Homelead uses one commission formula everywhere: percentage of deal, fixed amount, or days or months of rent. Each deal can carry three legs (owner, buyer and reference) that are tracked and paid separately, so a referral fee to an ex-colleague and a split with a channel partner never get muddled. The Finance → Commission tab shows agreed versus paid, receivable versus payable, lets you mark a leg paid or refunded, and respects user scope. Cancel a booking and its due commissions are voided automatically. Developers keep a Channel Partners master with commission percentage and project allocation; see channel partner management for builders for the onboarding-to-payout workflow.
Pixxi lists Transactions & Commissions as "Track deals, calculate payouts" (source). Ask Pixxi how a single deal with an owner-side fee, a buyer-side fee and a referral is recorded and reconciled.
Can one CRM run both India and the UAE?
Many UAE brokerages are run by Indian founders who also sell plotted or apartment projects back home, and many Indian developers market to Gulf NRIs. Homelead is built for both markets: Indian portal webhooks and DLT-registered SMS, Property Finder listing push, Bayut and dubizzle listing feeds, and deal-file checklists for India and the UAE. Role scopes by reporting line, an org tree and 120+ permission rows keep teams separate but visible to the owner, and the Enterprise plan adds multi-branch. The markets page lists the India and UAE specifics. We found no India presence on Pixxi's public pages; ask Pixxi directly if you sell in both.
What does each CRM cost?
Homelead publishes its prices: Growth $24.99 per user per month from 10 users, Pro $22.99 from 20, Scale $18.99 from 50, and Enterprise $16.99 from 100 (adding multi-branch, white-label portal, SSO/SAML, custom modules and APIs, and SLA-backed support). UAE customers are invoiced in AED, annual billing lowers the rate, and a quote is capped at the next band, so 19 users never pay more than 20. Every plan includes lead capture and integrations, property, project and land management, microsites, site visits, bookings, broker and commission management, ledger and collections, rent, WhatsApp/SMS/email automation, reporting, the mobile app and attendance. AI voice minutes, AI replies and call transcription run on a pay-as-you-go wallet with no flat AI fee; plug in your own AI key and some of it costs nothing from Homelead. Full detail is on the pricing page.
Pixxi's support page offers "Talk to sales – Explore plans and features" and we found no public CRM pricing (source). Ask Pixxi for the per-user rate, the minimum seats, what counts as an add-on, and what WhatsApp, calling and AI will cost on top.
Who gets the most from Homelead
- UAE brokerages running Meta campaigns and WhatsApp-first buyers who need instant replies, a shared inbox and an SLA that actually escalates.
- Developers and off-plan sellers who want inventory, payment plans, demand letters and collections in the same system as their leads.
- Teams that work across India and the UAE and are tired of two CRMs, two spreadsheets and two commission sheets.
- Owners who want to hear the calls without buying an IVR or changing anyone's phone number.
- Buyers who want the price before the demo.
Verdict: for a brokerage that only needs a listing-and-lead database, there are several options. For a team that wants calls, WhatsApp, inventory, collections and commissions in one place, built for both India and the UAE and a price you can read before you call, Homelead is the stronger choice.
Moving to Homelead from Pixxi CRM or spreadsheets
Export your leads and listings to Excel or CSV, then use Homelead's import templates: leads up to 50,000 rows per file with tolerant column matching, a per-row success or failure reason and round-robin assignment during import; properties, projects and builder units through their own templates. Connect WhatsApp through Embedded Signup, link your Meta page, paste the webhook URL into your landing pages, share the portal webhook URL and key with each Indian portal's account manager, set assignment rules and the SLA, and upload brochures and price sheets to the Knowledge Center so the bot is ready before launch day. Onboarding is done by the same team that runs your demo.

Frequently asked questions
Is Homelead suitable for a Dubai brokerage that does not sell in India?
Yes. Property Finder listing push, Bayut and dubizzle listing feeds, Meta Lead Ads, the official WhatsApp API, the UAE deal file with AML/KYC, RERA forms, Ejari and DLD stages, an English and Arabic panel and AED invoicing are all there. The India features simply stay unused.
Does Homelead need an IVR or virtual number to record calls?
No. Agents call from their own phone and SIM; the app syncs the logs and recordings and AI writes the transcript and summary on the lead. If you already have an IVR provider, its call pings can create leads and call logs through the IVR webhook.
How does the WhatsApp AI bot know my prices?
It answers only from your Knowledge Center: uploaded brochures, price sheets, documents and web links, plus property and inventory records that sync automatically when they change. An admin can save a good answer as an FAQ. Your data is never shown to another customer.
Can a developer track units, payment plans and collections in Homelead?
Yes. The Builder panel models towers, floors, units and plots with live status, CLP, time-linked and hybrid payment plans, demand letters with a Pay Now link, collections by project, late interest, cheque bounce, loans, cancellation and refund.
What does Homelead cost for a 20-person UAE team?
The Pro plan is $22.99 per user per month from 20 users, invoiced in AED, with annual billing lowering the rate. AI voice minutes, AI replies and call transcription are billed from a pay-as-you-go wallet. Check the pricing page for current plan details.
How does migration to Homelead work?
Leads, properties, projects and builder units import from Excel or CSV with per-row results. WhatsApp, Meta and webhooks are configured inside the panel. The team that demos Homelead handles onboarding, so plan the demo with your real inventory sheet.
